Backlog January 2017. Slightly unclear reddish golden body under a small tan head. Light but complex aroma of fruit, berries and malt. Taste is fruity as well with some acidic berries, malt, caramel and a bit floral. Fine body and same aftertaste. Nothing spectacular, but interesting, unusually and rather pleasant subdue complexity.

Backlog January 2017. Unclear pale golden body under a small white head. Aroma is light fruity with a rustic farmhouse hint. Quite pleasant when sniffing a little while to get use to it. Taste has mild pale malt, hint of fruit and some acidity. Fine body and same aftertaste. A bit unusually but quite pleasant without feeling really great.

Backlog June 2018. Dark beige body under a diminishing beige head. Nice, strong, almost intense aroma of dry fruit, raisons, alcohol, Sherry and oak. Taste is sweet and nice with malt, dry fruit, mild wood and pleasant oxidation. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste. Nice, strong barley wine.

Bottle 50 cl. Hazy golden with a white head. Spicy, hoppy nose. Light body, yeasty, wheaty (?) again with these pleasant, spicy hops. Some bitterness although the label term Double Bitterness is a bit of a joke. 220821
