Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a smallish, off-white head - good looking beer. Lovely biscuity aroma. Medium body, super dry so no sweetness in spite of the caramel and biscuit accents. Dry finish, but not really bitter. Lovely and well crafted. 211021

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a lacing, white head. Mostly yeastiness in the nose, but faint. Medium body, dry, oddly spiced, mousy almost. Dry, slightly hoppy, chalky finish. It's not horrible, but it's certainly not pleasant either. And a good example of that just because you can, you shouldn't always. Not good. 211021

Bottle 50 cl. Very fizzy pour and a slow gusher. Pale yellow with a frthy, lacing, white head with good retention. Nose is distinctly yeasty with a hint of banana - clearly a Hefe yeast. Very fizzy mouthfeel and incredibly thin, with a vague, lingering tartness on your palate. At least no worty accents. It's not horrible at all, but you might as well just drink carbonated water. 211021

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing, white head. Kinda neat, citrusy nose atop some wort notes. Decent body, quite a solid carbonation, immediate bittering hops while the wort notes have disappered leaving no sweetness. Very close to decent for a NA. 211021

Backlog January 2017. Unclear deep golden body under a small, fading off-white had. A bit strange in aroma, dry fruit, cheese, medical alcohol, grass and some butterscotch. Taste is a bit raw with boozy alcohol, sour berries, dry fruit, sweet malt and some butterscotch. Body is balanced and aftertaste is long lasting. Drinkable but a bit weird and raw.

Backlog January 2017. Unclear salmon-red body under a small pale pinkish head. Aroma has mild acidic cherry and red berries in general. Taste is fresh and berry’ish with cherry, cherry stone and hint of marzipan. Medium body and same fruity aftertaste. Quite refreshing and balanced sweet/acidic fruit beer, still feels a bit one-dimensional on the berry side.
