Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, fruit, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, cardboard, hops, and hints of citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish. Not bad for a non-alcoholic beer.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a fizzy, dissipating white head. Nose is very fruity and pleasant with subtle Brett. Medium body, a dry, lactic tartness, citrus notes and again subtle Brett. Quite tart. A little rubber notes. 280220

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark amber with a somewhat rough, off-white head. Nose has sweet caramel, Bamberg smoke and a hint of funk. Medium body, lowish carbonation. Same flavor notes but wandering where that smokiness comes from since presumably no smoked malts are used. Subtle yeast impact. Odd and rustic, seemingly drawing heavy inspiration from Lithuanian farm ales. Not unpleasant. 200220

50 cl bottle poured into a Trappist glass. Batch # 1538. Dark amber colour with a thin off white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, red overripe fruits, subtle spices - aniseed, coriander. Well hopped. Taste is sweet. Full bodied, lively carbonation. Lingering sweet, rich fruity finish with hints of liqourice. Very enjoyable Winter Warmer.

Tasted and rated November 20th with Christian, SFOOdense and Peter. Rating vanished straight out of the Ratebeer database? Pours golden with a small white head. Grass and grains. Smooth, soft and cracker malty. Pleasant bitterness. Excellent

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a smallish, white head. Nose is sweet malt and hay - very green. Only a hint of hops. Medium body, again very sweet malt and straw with a subtle, late bitterness. Not bad, but personally I may have preferred a little less sweetness and a stronger hops imprint. 130120

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Mashy, unfinished wort aroma with a layer of aroma hops on top - extremely buttery as well. Body is actually ok, doesn't come out thin. Sweet maltiness, citrus and a slight bitterness. Tastes kinda ok, but the aroma is foul and cannot hide the fact that this is basically flavored wort. 130120
