clear yellow, small white head. dusty sour hay aroma, subdued ginger aroma, but some ginger spiciness and pepperiness in the aroma. seems like the dusy hay part of the dusty sour hay aroma might be mostly ginger. flavor is sour and tart, malts, ginger, nice interplay between the sour and the ginger, overall beer is quite sour. A very refreshing nonalc.

Bottle. Clear yellow, small smooth white head. Aroma of dough, wet hay, sour dough, citrussy herbal tea. smells like some bread based food gone wrong, gone sour. Interesting flavor. sweet/sour herbal note with a base of other more malty dough like apple like sweet/sour notes, very complex, in a way it tastes real good, but it borders my something's gone wrong alarm all the time. ah! spontaneously fermented hay.. that could easily explain some of the to me not very common flavor notes in there.. well, i'll give it a 7 flavor cause it is actually tasty, but some of the underlying notes disturb me a bit. Very complex and tasty for a non-alc beer. Plus points for creativity.

deeep red, pink head. cherries, leather, slightly sour notes in the aroma, very nice and delicate. flavor is cherries, slightly sweet cherries, malty beer, hay. a little bit too much cherry marmelade towards the end for my taste.

50 cl bottle. clear yellow, smooth white head. mild aroma, a weird mix of butter,citrus and flowery hops. ends up more or less like orange youghurt smelled from a distance. flavor is decently bitter hoppy with fainter flowery notes, fainter malty notes. a little bit artificial, much better than the aroma. not *that* hoppy so more or less similar to so many other non alc pale lagers and ales out there. I think they are overselling the hops a bit, but the hop flavor, isolated, is not that bad, there is some crispness and hoppy bitterness about it. BBF 12-06-21

Bottle@Jens - Black with a big tan bubbly head. Dark sweet malty with notes of chocolate, caramel, some dark berry fruit coming in, medium plus body, dark sweet malty finish.
