On tap at Taphouse/Bottle at Ratebeer Odense, November 2019. Golden with a big white head. Malty aroma with fresh bread, biscuit and straw, and a touch of spicy Saaz. Sweetish malty flavour with herbal and spicy hops and a medium bitter finish. I could use a tiny bit more hop character, but that's a minor thing.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense November 19 Meet Up. Pours clear Golden amber with a bubbly White head. Grassy, citrussy, bready and floral. Crisp and excellent.

Bottle. Pours hazy brown with no head. Aroma has a lot of red tart fruits, subtle funk, lactic tartness, citrussy. Taste is sweet, malty, funky, some lactic tartness, citrussy, red grapes, berries.

Bottled, at Kastrup Airport. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Distinct aroma of tart Granny Smith apples. Slender, tart and crisp. Mildly funky, lots of tart green apples. Low bitterness. Nice!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Lior D. Deep red, frothy pinkish head. Candy-ish cherries, some funk, oxidation note, sour and sweetish, yogurt, caramel, a bit lemony. Over-carbonated.

Bottle. Dark brown with a minimal light brown head. Aroma of dried fruits, wooden barrels and caramel. Sweet with a warm dried fruit and wooden barrels end. Nice.
