Description
Troy Casey began Casey Brewing and Blending in the fall of 2013 with the idea of creating a blendery (a facility that doesn’t have a brewery themselves, but still makes beer) in the Roaring Fork Valley, a place where he and his fiancé had recently decided to make their home. After searching for the perfect location for their barrel cellar, they found their current spot in South Glenwood right on the Roaring Fork River. Troy first began brewing sour and wild beer in 2009 and it quickly took over all of his brewing interest. This all culminated with the creation of Casey Brewing and Blending, a place where Troy will be able to create blends his way.

Shared by Dallas and Bonnie. Hazy golden color. I just dont like dry hopped and bretty beers. So, its right on target but the hop oils and bitterness mixed with herbal Brett is counter productive.

Bottle - thanks Matt! Pours hazy golden, small white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is peaches, but not strong, oak, stonefruit skins, a hint of fish(!?!). Flavor is light tart, very light funk, still a note of fishiness, oak. Light body. Hmmm.

Bottle @ Steve_0 during my 10k tick fest. Thanks Stephen! Pours a murky orangish purple appearance with a pinkish head. The aroma is quite funky, lemon, mild cheese, plums, blackberries in the nose. Nice carbonation. Lightly tart. Not overly powerful fruit but it’s really good. Kind of juicy. Delicious.
