Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, old hops, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, old hops, dried fruit, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, caramelly, some herbal and wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden and some mild toffeeish notes.

On tap at CBC 2016, yellow session. Pours amber with off-white head. Caramel, malty, fruity hoppy, bread, some pine. Sweetish with bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Draft at RB Best Fest 16: Poured black with a thin light brown head. Aroma was huge boozy. Taste is dark fruits, loads of alcohol, cognac, bitter and harsh to the palate.

Tap at CBC 2016 Yellow session. Poured a clear copper colour with a whispy broken white head. The aroma is lemon citrus, floral hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a dry crisp yeasty bitter, light citrus hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draught@CBC2016 (yellow session). Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mild honey, some ginger as well as some wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, gingery, some floral and wooden notes with a slight yeasty spicedness as well.

Draft at the RateBeer Best Festival 2016. Pours clear amber with a creamy topping. Sugary gear, with ripe fruits, moderate bitter earth and toffee. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This one finishes with ripe berries and further earthy bitterness. Not bad on the whole.

Vom Faß im GLB # 45, Peking. - Tiefes Goldgelb, leicht trüb, feinporiger Schaum. - In der Nase fruchtig-süße Mango, Litschi, Kiefern. - Antrunk sahnig voll und schwer hopfenaromatisch mit runder Mischung aus tropischer Frucht und Nadelwald. Honigartige Malzsüße. Mild rezent, öliges Mundgefühl. Im Abgang starke, harzige Hopfenbittere. Enorm langer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Sehr schweres, wuchtig bitteres IPA. Könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas lockerer daherkommen. (Verkostung: 13.7.2016.)
