Vom Faß im GLB # 45, Peking. - Tiefes Goldgelb, leicht trüb, feinporiger Schaum. - In der Nase fruchtig-süße Mango, Litschi, Kiefern. - Antrunk sahnig voll und schwer hopfenaromatisch mit runder Mischung aus tropischer Frucht und Nadelwald. Honigartige Malzsüße. Mild rezent, öliges Mundgefühl. Im Abgang starke, harzige Hopfenbittere. Enorm langer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Sehr schweres, wuchtig bitteres IPA. Könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas lockerer daherkommen. (Verkostung: 13.7.2016.)

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour lemon citrus fruity and wheaty, light malt, yeasts, light floral, tart fruity finish.

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grapefruit, peach and pine needles. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, grapefruit, peach, piney and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

From tap. Pours amber with a small white hesd. Aroma is fruity, slight toasted malty. Light breadish and caramelish. Dry, roasted and caramelish. Toasted dry and bitter far finish.
