Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are mainly hops. It is still light at the same time and very refreshing.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is hazy amber. Aroma and taste are mainly hops.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are flowers and elderberry. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Cloudy yellow / amber color with a average frothy good lacing mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, vanilla ! Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Nice light IPA.

CBF07 sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours unfiltered brown with a light brown head. Aroma of malt and hops. Flavour is malty, rye like with a tart bitterness. Dry malty finish.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy hopy aroma. Nice powerfull bitter flavor. Flowery notes. Average finish. Watery palate.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Amber colour. Powerfull flowery hoppy aroma. Very bitter flavor and long bitter finish. Creamy palate. This is a very nice IPA but maybe it should be an American Pale Ale (american hopps)
