Bottled. A slightly hazy amber beer with a lazing big orange head. The aroma is sweet with a dusty hop note. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, and German hops, as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a nicely bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful, clear amber golden with a dense and lasting, beige head leaving laces. Fresh aroma of caramel and a rather astringent fruitiness. Medium-bodied with initial notes of roasted malt that are quickly relieved by an extremely astringent and somewhat medicinal, quinine-like bitterness that must derive from the juniper. A bit too sharp for my taste. 220207

(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear, dark amber with a small, rough and almost absent, off-white head. Fairly spicy aroma - almost like ginger, but perhaps it’s just the hops. Surprisingly light body, a bit watery in fact. Raw and bitter finish. Not a very harmonious brew. 160107
