Bottle 500ml. w. swing top. [ As Sundbytunet Emigrant IPA ].Light unclear medium yellow - orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, pine, orange - citrus, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, riped fruit - orange sweet, citrus, hop bitter, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140705]

Fott flaske med champagnekork, delt på dag 2 under RBHD-samlingen og eksemplarisk åpnet av verten Asle Bjørn: højt belgisk skum. Gylden, nesten helt klar. Deilig duft av friskt treverk, bær og kvae. Tørr, kompleks smak. Kanskje litt overkarbonert, men en meget god og litt annerledes saison. Meget interessant med sine spesielle ingredienser. Skal kjøpes!

Pale orange. Dense and receding off-white head. Fine and refreshing aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Similar taste. Quite dry mouthfeel. A bit fizzy. High drinkability.

Shared 750 ml corked & caged bottle at local tasting. Deep golden to orange colour, large white head. Strange aroma of stale jam and berries, sea buckthorn and myrrh. Fairly dry and spicy flavour, myrrh and juniper berries, hints of sea buckthorn.
