Can from Total Wine Stevens Creek, San Jose, CA. Pours translucent amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma is pine/grapefruit. Med body at least. Dry. Lightly roasty malt support. Bitter. Grapefruit zest; pine. Somewhat astringent. Lots of hop in the mouth. Very tasty.

Can from Bottles 'N Bins in Monterey, CA. Pours dark brn/blk with a large, dark tan Guinness style head. Aroma of coffee and chocolate. Full bodied. Flavor is good, strong coffee, cacao, and smooth burnt/toasted malt. Malty but towards dry somehow. Heat is detectible. Burnt malt bitterness. Good tasting stuff.

Can from Best Damn Beer Shop. Pours hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is citrus/pine almost matched by tropicals. Med body at least. Flavor is citrus/pine with a tropical fruit I do not recognize. A little touch of banana. Hint of lactose towards the finish. Bitter. Surprisingly dry. Surprisingly clean. Tasty.

Can from Best Damn Beer Shoppe. Pours dirty hazy gold with a large foamy off-white head. Aromas of orange, vanilla, marshmallow. Med body. Dry. Bitter. Flavor has orange citrus, marshmallow and lightly bready malt support. It is zesty bitter. Good drink.

Tap at CBM Koenji. Aroma is lemon hoppiness, bit of malt. Taste is similar, lemon is pretty much all that's there apart from the light biscuity malty body. Not hugely exciting, but it's alright.
