Was listed as a Pilsner at Antenna America. I assume its the same beer, as I couldn’t find a Pilsner. golden color. Fairly lifeless mouth with low hops and low malt. Slight sour. Boring as hell.

Bottle. Blonde, sweet, honey and biscuits, apples, Belgian yeast spice. Decent but not so impressive. Crisp effervescence.

Thanx Dara for the can.
This was poured into a thistle.
The appearance was a dark red to brown color with a one and a half finger white foamy head. The lacing was there as it speckled and slid around in a messy sort of way.
The smell had a light bready sort of yeasty roastiness that came through slightly like a biscuit.
The taste took those flavors and added a nice caramel and toffee-ness rolling all around and added a nice element of smoke at the end.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a slight sessionability about it. As it warms, a nice creamy sort of delicate soothing nakedness strolls across my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good Scotch I could bang again.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is funk, cherry skin, oak. Medium mouthfeel with light cherry tartness, oak and dry finish. Good.

Crisp golden coloured body with a ton of bubbles rising from the bottom and sides with a thin, fast-dying white head. Aroma of pale malt, some light pear and apple sweetness and a very mild malt nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Subdued malt flavours at first with a more effervescent and tingly sweetness and crisp herbal flavour coming through. Aftertaste is light and airy with some fruits, a little grass and a hint of yeast. Overall, somewhat reminiscent of an italian or french sparkling wine, but a little dry and not showing enough conviction to even be a decent beer. I’m happy to have sampled it, but glad I didn’t fly home with this one! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Total Wine in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on 28-December-2013 for US$11.99 sampled with friends on New Year’s Eve 2013 in Orlando, Florida.

Bottle. Deep brown body. Creamy tan head. Aroma of peat, toffee, raisins, dark fruits. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. The finish is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of char, smoke with a light acidity in the finish. A bit medicinal.
