12 oz can in a trade with Clarkvv. Thank you! Aroma and flavor or a match.
A mild root beer or sarsaparilla character with soft vanilla and ends on light spice. I guess the body is appropriate for the ABV. Comes off more like an alcoholic root beer than a stout.

Sampled from the tap at The Sovereign. Pours a clear slightly hazy yellow golf with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet wheat and coriander with a bit of light nutmeg underlying. Flavor has sweet wheat and coriander with nutmeg and clove coming through.

Canned 7/14/25, drunk 11/14/25. As pictured.
Lemony with sugar cookies and a bit of unripe stone fruit and mineral on the end. Clean, fairly bright. Nothing punchy and while it's hoppy, it's not over-hopped.
Hoppy and malty with great balance. Some bitterness, light floral notes and gentle citrus with soft tropical fruit accents. Cookie and white bread malts dry out enough to avoid being sweet/mushy. Nothing super complex here, but it's not trying to be, and the hops are done really nicely, with clean bitterness and good spice, citrus and funk (cashmere).
