Botella de 33 cl en el lúpulo 09-02-2014. en el momento. Color negro intenso con espuma bastante oscura poco persistente. Cuerpo fuerte con 9 vol. Y 73 ibus. Aromas ahumados y algo dulces. Sabores bastante intensos ahumados y quemados con toques ligeros dulces y madera, y terminando con amargor seco y bastante duradero. Cerveza bastante intensa de sabores secos y ásperos que me recuerda en aromas y algo en sabores ala cielo y tierra de De Molen, pero con mucho más amargor claro. Aumento de los toques de madera quemadas y amargos a medida que calienta. Bastante buena sin duda alguna.

Pours hazy ruby red with a big frothy pinkish bluish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass Smell is fruity and funky with biscuits, raspberries, bilberries, dark grapes, lemon juice, moist wood, "forest fruit" hard candy, bilberry pie, vanilla cream, blackberries, leather, barnyard, hay and dry soil. Taste is sweet, sour, funky and fruity with biscuits, pie crust, black currant seeds, sour cherries, cheap sour red wine, raspberries, blackberries, hay, leather, barnyard, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, moist wood and hints of mushrooms. Mouthfeel is dry, heavy tart, soft and medium bodied. finish is sour, fruity and funky with pie crust, raspberries, lemon juice, moist wood, barnyard, leather, grapefruit juice, cheap sour red wine and hay. Hides the alcohol really well but you want this to be refreshing and not too heavy. This still is way to heavy for what it is. Tap at the Bishops Arms, Savoy. Poured a deep mahogany with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt with a little dark chocolate. The flavour is strong bitter, moderate sweet with a smooth rich alcoholic liqourice palate and a short to medium bitter finish. A super rich and flavourful beer. Really enjoyed this. It was served by the brewer too. I feel privileged.

Tap at Christian Firtal. Dark brown with a lasting tan head. Aroma of plum, cold coffee and charcoal. Sweet roasted flavour of coffee, dried fruit, a little lactose and some yeast. Creamy thick mouthfeel

Hazy copper colour with medium off-white head.Aroma is fruity of dried fruits most like greapfruits and lemon,good note of dry hops and mild spices,medium body and fresh finish.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
