Cask at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Amber color; persistent head. Decent aroma of malt and demerara sugar. Good malt and toffee flavor, with mild residual sweetness, more evident at this low carbonation; correct bitterness; in the final there is some English astringency. A very fresh beer, with a British touch.

Draught at the Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy pale blond color; compact head. Light aroma, some straws and some wheat. Dry mouthfeel, some wheat flavor, with a decent spicy profile; the final is a bit weak and short; correct bitterness. No traces of cask or rye.
More a Wheat beer than a Saison, not enough character from the yeast.
