Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of pears, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of pears and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Sample from 75 cl bottle. Hazy, pale golden colour with a bubbly white head. Tart, fruity aroma with peaches, lemons, spicy notes, barnyard and sweet fruits. Taste is fruity bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with pears and tart fruity notes. Lovely complex Saison.

Bottle@Lars - Fuzzy white yellow pour were white head. Tart fruity with some prominent sour pear notes, pear skin, light to medium body, tart pear fruity into the close.

[ As Council BĂ©atitude: Passion Fruit Tart Saison ].Light light unclear light medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, citric, passion fruit, sour, apple, lacto, funky, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, passion fruit, lacto, funky, tuch off vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. A hazed blonde sour with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with passion fruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dankness, very nice. In mouth, a superb tart ground cherries with loads of passion fruit, light Brett, light lactic notes, lingering acidity, beautiful tropical offerings. On tap at Mission st bbq, Santa Cruz.

Bottle 750ml at Rådhuskällaren. Hazy yellow colour, tiny white head. Sour, cheesy, apricot nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Very tart, mouthpuckering. Fruity, apricot is there. Lactic too. Very dry.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruths pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Hazed pink with an off white/faded crimson cap. Nose is pissy pink berries, funk, light dry rot, damp hay. Taste comprises tangy raspberries, apple core, wood must, lemon rind, lactic pinch, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a modest pucker. Solid fruity saison ... good depth of flavor for the ABV ... although would class as a sour wild from blind tasting.
