Very cloudy, almost white chalky color. Big tart tropical fruit nose with lots of guava and mangoes. Tart, very dry, lots of funk, mangoes, guava. Super light body, highly drinkable. Tart fruity finish. Excellent.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish pale golden colour with average, frothy, white head, diminishing under sizzling. Tart-ish, lactic, fruity aroma, notes of passion fruit, a touch of yuzu and quince, herbal-leafy overtones with hints of hay and moss. Taste is moderately sour, fruity, fruit acidic, dry, hints of passion fruit, quince, yuzu, lemon juice, undertones of moss, a salty touch; spritzy. Saison-Gose-Berliner Weisse-crossover.

Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27. Murky pale golden pour, flat. Some of the tropical fruitiness come through in the aroma, more so in the flavor. A bit of spiciness to this as well, not sure where its coming from. A bit light on the pucker factor, but more saison notes too.

Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27. Pours out a cloudy pinkish apricot color with a spare head. Aroma is big fruity notes, some of the tartness comes through in the smell as well. Taste has the upfront apricot sweetness followed by the tartness, but equally spread.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody spicy dark fruity aroma with bretty hints. Fruity malty spicy woody dark fruity and caramel bretty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy woody caramel and dark fruit finish with bretty hints.
