Bottle, thanks Rick. Golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is distinctly apricot, lively fruity and tart. A deeper flavor profile from the stone fruit, somewhat earthy, but lots of sweet fruit and tartness. Just a little bit of farmyard yeast to resemble a saison.

Bottle, thanks Rick. Pours a hazy orange color with a small soft white head. Aroma is musty mango, a little earthy and a little funk. Taste is dirty florals and more musty fruit, sort of earthy. Mango is a hard fruit to dial in, it does not seem to mesh well with this (labeled as) saison.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours bright dark berry red with a transient pinkish head. Black currant in the aroma. Med body or nearly. Flavor is tart,earthy, berry. Strong flavors. Good stuff.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of passion fruits, latex gloves, some lacto. Great tart and refreshing flavor with lots of passion fruit, some lacto, a bit acidic in the throat. Quite light-bodied. Very good and refreshing. Although I still can’t understand why they call the Beatitude series "Saisons" when they are pretty straight-forward Sour Ales.

Deep purple pink color. Very effervescent, tart nose with raspberries and dirt. Very light body, dry highly carbonated, refreshing. Light and raspberries dominate but not overwhelming in the finish. Excellent.
