Draught at Horsens Beerfestival. Clear, golden-brown with a beige head. Hoppy and piney aroma with beef-stock notes and a malty sweetness. The flavor is piney and hoppy as well, with malt and stock here as well. Full-bodied beer with a nice hoppy and sweet finish. Rating: 6-4-7-4-14-3.5. 061028

On tap at KØ-10. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a small, beige head. Citrusy nose with some pineapple and a good maltyness. The flavor has a good maltyness, quite biscuity, and with a fine citrusy bitterness. Dry and bitter, full-bodied and smooth. Long finish. A nice and pleasant IPA, but I prefer the rye IPA. Rating: 6-3-6-4-13-3.2. 100507

Bottle. An unclear, dark amber beer topped by a small, dense, beige head leaving lacings. Piney, grapefruity hops on the nose, with some maltyness and a sugary impression. The flavor has a certain malty sweetness in the back, putting the piney, grapefruity hops and bitterness in the front row. Full body, drying and with a pleasant carbonation. Long, bitter finish. A beer that I seems to have problems deciding what to think of. 110524
