500 ml bottle as Brown Ale +. Orange brown body with a beige head. Aroma is caramel malt, fruit and hops. Flavor is sweet, caramel malty, some hops and a little hint of acid that remind me a bit of a Belgium brune. Quite nice.

On tap at EBF 08. Very dark brown, very thin beige head. Slightly dusty in mouth, bit of farmyard, which is odd. Rather good character. I mean it is rather dungy. OK.

Black with a small off-white head. Grainy malt, fresh wort and a touch of roast malt in the aroma. Sweet roasted flavour, some licorice - very plain.

Brown with a lasting white head. Malty aroma, with caramel notes, and a touch of butterscotch, which I don’t really mind in brown ales. Dry and malty flavour. Nothing extraordinary.

On tap at Ris-Ras Aarhus 16-09-08 Pours looking like a muddy puddle with a head that swiftly departed. Fresh oily cascade hops rip through but surprisingly not the pushy bitterness that I expected. Sweetness keeps things in check well, some lemon peel, this is very good its just not a looker.

Draught@EBF2008. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is wood, fruits and mild fruityness. Flavour is similar with quite much grassyness balancing it up. Nicely balanced.

Bottle from Fotex, Copenhagen. Hazy russet with lasting beige head. Lovely cascade hop aroma, with some toffee, from the mlat. Yep, it’s pretty good. Not outrageous, but does what I would want from a cascade IPA. That grapefruity earthy fruitiness is great. OK in mouth, some good toffee malt and then good leafy dryness on finish. Not extreme, but tasty, aromatic. Just right blend of hop and malt. Really good mouthfeel and extremely drinkable. Really competent. Not extreme.

Draught at EBF08 as Randers Sort. Faint creamy aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Good creamy light brown head. The flavour starts off a little vinous, turns quite roasted. Good creamy flavour and mouthfeel.

Draught at EBF08. Distinct hoppy aroma, citric. Slightly hazy dark orange colour. Grassy hop flavour, gets a little sour, but OK.
