Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty - grass, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, dried fruit, wood, nutty - grass, light sour wort notes. Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Raasted Økologisk Hyldeblomst ].Light unclear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, flowers, elderflowers, light citrus, light to moderate yeasty. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate elderflowers - flowers, light yeasty. 50cl bottle from a trade with fonefan, thanks! A almost clear golden beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, green hops, yeast. Taste of sweet yeasty fruits, yellow fruits, banana, floral fruity finish.

Bottle, 9.5%. Mild vanilla aroma. Almost black colour. Seems clear with a red shine. Small stable light brown head. The flavour is quite roasted, citric and very vinous. Late creamed coffee note. Slightly boozy, but also has a warming alcohol touch. I think the citric note is actually a beginning infection.

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark brown with stable light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and roast, with notes of malt, yeast, and chocolate. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee, vanilla and barrel and touches of yeast and hops. Warming alcohol presence. Estery and barrellike aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, lavender, malt, fruits, hops and has a nice woody hoppy finish.

Bottle. Black label, single batch brew-limited edition, rezept 005, 10,9%, bbf apr 2021. Color: Almost black, brown head. Taste: Dark roasted malt, espresso, licorice (lakrids), rye, very bitter. Pretty dry mouthfeel with noticeably high alcohol percentage. Long bitter and earthy finish. A firm imperial stout, to enjoy sipping at a relaxing evening. Full body and below medium carbonation. Just a bit too much taste of licorice for me, but overall a very nice beer.
