On tap at Stateside Craft, pours a hazy golden orange with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lemon lime notes, with a touch of fruit. Flavour is rather bad, with light acidic citrusy notes and juiciness. Rather thin and apple juice-like. Not very complex or interesting, but still solid.

On tap at Stateside Craft, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma is lightly smoked, with stone fruits in back. Flavour brings out lightly smoked malt, a touch of caramel, light stone fruits, and light wood. Not overly interesting, but well-balanced. Decent but nothing special.

On tap at Stateside Craft, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, roasted malt and light cocoa. Flavour is very Belgiany, with loads of Belgian yeast and roasted malt, and a touch of vanilla. Extremely robust, with a rather light palate. Good stuff.

On tap at Kulshan, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out ginger, cinnamon and roasted pumpkin. Flavour is thankfully not too dominated by the spices, but they do sort of take over from the subtler base beer. Nice robustness to this and well-balanced - just not a fan of these pumpkin spiced beers. Good for what it is.

Draught @ Stateside Craft.
Medium brown, light bubbly head. Aroma is a coffee blast with light fruitiness and a hint of chocolate. Sweet front, lots of coffee/chocolate character, with big body. Call it a strong coffee stout, more than impy, but nerdy semantics aside, itβs a quality brew.

Murky light amber with no head. This is strange. It is tart, a touch smoky, odd beer, Iβm having trouble pinning this one down, despite some good qualities.

Draught, Stateside Craft.
Dark reddish- brown, vinous, woody with a whiff of alcohol and fruity notes. Tart, woody, with deep red fruits, complex, high quality rendition. Not on the Rodenbach level, but well-balanced and delicious.

Draught, Stateside Craft.
Pale and hazy. Massive head died instantly. Has a vinous nose and taste, not surprisingly. Spicy, gin-like notes on the nose. Iβm thinking some farmhouse thing. Nice pale malts, fruity white wine...odd and unique. The balance is really good, a nice marriage of wine & beer, owing to a lot of residual malt sweetness and Belgian yeast esters.

Draft, from notes. Clear deep amber color, medium white head. Aroma of lightly spiced biscuits. Taste is malt forward, lots of caramel and biscuit dough. Not sure where the buckwheat comes in.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is somewhat fruity. Med minus body. Flavor is odd non-barley flavor - but it works. lightly spicy. Mild hop. Pretty drinkable. Not excessively malty.
