Cloudy straw color with a great big foamy white head. Aromas are fairly faint... I can detect some cloves, yeast, bread dough and a little blast of pepper. Flavor is pretty subtle, but really nice. All of the cast from the aroma comes back and blends together nicely with the peppery spicing making things interesting. Light and refreshing for summer.

A tall dense head of white forms above this cloudy medium yellow brew. Banana and spice come easily to the nose. Sweet and spicy flavor with a good firm body. Very well done and worth seeking out if you like this style.

A hazy orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with notes of peaches and some notes of dust. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit, some of it a bit over ripe, as well as light notes of alcohol, but only light especially compared to the 11% ABV.

"You taste like sunshine dust"....((www.fat-pie.com...salad fingers-friends)).......so this beer has a pretty pale lemon -like color....the taste is yeasty to my lips.....I am alternating bottle sips along with sips from the glass....and the difference is slight....so I might...yes tonight....polish it off....enjoy the froth ....crisp and clean.....make it part of your scene......:)

Bottle. Had this a few months back. Dark brown color, with a large off white head. Aroma was malty, and the flavor was the same with some bitterness.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Beautiful, clear dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma of cherries and alcohol. Rather solid body with a warming alcohol, lightly spicy and with the cherries popping up again in the flavour. Even without any real hoppiness this manages to remain harmonious and very drinkable. 060706

Thanks to whaleman for bringing a growler of this to the HW Open House - cloudy brown pour with minimal head - almost nutty aroma, with background hops and musty, earthy notes - the flavor had this very earthy, almost old ale-like quality to it - almost oily mouthfeel - malty and nutty, with some woodiness/roastiness - a pretty solid ale, but nothing worth going out of your way for.
