44cl can from Chez Sophie, drank at home on 25th May 2020 during the virus Lock In. Tanned wispy head on a black/dark brown viscus body. Chocolate Brownies all the way here, didn't get 'the walnuts', too much chocolate/cocoa for my senses to get through.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the Trembling Madness online. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Nice saison, fairly traditional, with some grainy wheat, mellow yeast expression, grassy bitterness, subtle citrus peel. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Further wheat notes to finish, mellow grass, straw, semi-ripe lemon, a nip of acidity, biscuits, grain husk. Good all around saison.
