Bottled 330ml (Beergium)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Tartish, fruity, evident white wineous aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, a bit tart and funky. Merlot is there. Thinnish simple finish. Feels overrated for me.

Bottle. Slightly unclear pale golden body with lively champagne bubbles and a small, disappearing white head. Aroma is lemon, oranges and minerals with a hint of yoghurt. Flavor is acidic with lemon, salt, yeast and not so much oranges, more some kind of harsh citric fruit/papaya thing. Light bodied and acidic fruity aftertaste with salt. Nice and refreshing but something in with the fruit flavor is not right there.

Bottle from Folkölsbutiken and Tap at Katarina Ölkafé. Pours unclear yellow with white head. Tart yeast, wheat and mango aroma. A bit more mango from the one on tap than the bottle. Similar taste with a little bit more tart mango bite. Yeasty finish.

(750ml from Systembolaget web order) Pours a very murky dark gold with a small, very active and extremely short lived head that fizzes away to nothing in an instant without lace. Aroma is rather tart and quite floral, though in a lighter, not heavily perfumed or cloying way. Lemon-lime acidity, a touch lactic, subtle white wine notes, maybe some gooseberry, fresh cut grass, earthy funk layer beneath, moderate barnyard with wet hay. Flavour is rather sour lemon-lime juice dominant with a bit of sweetness to it too, quite zesty, cut grass, earthy notes towards the finish, a little funky Brett horse blanket too. Malts are very understated, slightly bready later in the sip but largely neutral. White grape skins in the finish. Lactic acidity follows all the way through the sip to the aftertaste, lightly mineral. Light to medium bodied with effervescent carbonation that prickles a bit. Overall, a quite solid tart saison on the sour side, perhaps the lemon-lime character takes over a bit much but it is tasty.
