Taster pour on tap at CT Brew Fest/half pour at the brewery. It's an opaque, milky dark yellow-slight light brown with thin cap of off-white creamy head with fair retention and nice rings of lacing. Aroma is good strength citrus and grapefruit with milder musky herb. Taste is strong musky herb, citrus and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not breaking new ground but this is a strong early version of NEIPA.

Can date: 1-19-19. All the adjuncts marry well together. Chocolate, vanilla, light nutty hint. Full body, thick texture. Booze os mostly hidden. Nice.
