Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a fairly dark brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head, somewhat foamy. Mild lace.
The aroma had some brown sugar, roasted malts, light milk chocolate, some marshmallow and mild dark chocolate.
The flavor took all of those previously mentioned aromas to town stuffing a good general sweetness in all around. Sly graham cracker-like substance. Aftertaste is sweet through all of those mentioned flavors. Brisk malty finish.
The feel was just a tad under medium in body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt fine.
Overall, nicely done brown ale, leaning towards the sweeter side with some Pro Pig ingenuity.

Crowler shared. Hazy dark pink with big fluffy white head. Lots of sour wheat notes, some fresh raspberries, light lactic. There’s some soft herbs in the background too, but the wheat and raspberry are the main things at play here. Medium sour. Under medium bodied. Could be a bit more fruity maybe, but decent enough as it is.

Crowler shared at home. Clear darker golden with good sized white head. Crisp malts, fresh apricot and some peach, light grassy. Nice malts here with a light breadcrust character and some grain husks, underneath there’s soft caramel. Nicely balanced by quite a lot of hops which give the apricot and grass but also blueberries. Just medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied with crisp feel. Quite nice modern lager.

Medium sweet and bitter with light sharp spicy hop kick. Over medium bodied with soft creamy feel and dry finish. Very nice!
