Carryout can from Stone Path Malt. Second cranberry sour this week. Cloudy pink pour, frothy parfait head. Smell is again of light cranberries, slightly sweeter than expected, and a lactic touch of cream. Taste has more cranberry tartness, slowly turns into a puckery kind of sour. No milky creaminess, just a big Ocean Spray impression.

6 oz. pour as part of flight at the brewery. Cloudy dark yellow with ring of head and light lacing. Aroma is citrus and fruit. Taste is citrus, pineapple rind. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Not seeing the connection from beer to music, something is amiss.

16 oz can shared by ClarkVV. Aroma is honey and straw. It is not a bad flavor. Just not a whole here other then booze. I mean…. Yeah. Not offensive but not much happening here.

Canned 8/9/22, drunk 10/20/23. Clear honey-golden. Head instantly to ring. Applesauce, honey, some liquor, no real clear barrel character. Light hints of whiskey or maybe alcohol. Hard to tell. Boozey, appley, clovey, thin, simple sugar. Yikes. Just a let er rip Americanized version with zero finesse. Not seeing much of these nice rye barrels....

Canned 10/28/22, drunk 1/22/23. Mostly clear, as I did not disturb the can. Bright golden-pineapple. White head immediately to edge. Mix of vanilla and lactose with faded hops, biscuity, bready malts and light juice on the end. The lactose just seems out of place now, maybe it was better when super fresh? Big pineapple fruitiness with decent acidity and not as much lactose as expected. Hint of vanilla spice/fruit and a soft, well-attenuated body with mostly gone hop character. Clean enough and maybe not so compelling, if it ever was, though with good fruit character and dryness.
