A well-made maple chesnut beer. Clean and nothing off, just a little sweet and one dimensional. But a very cleanly fermented beer. Sk lb variety pack

Not really in style. But it has an outside character to it, smoky or ashy, but clean and drinkable. Solid light lager. Sk lb variety pack

Draught at some poutine place at the Skytrain station. So maybe not the top beer bar in town. Terrys chocolate orange. Really artificial.

Has soft dark sourness on the nose, maybe sour cherries with watery chocolate thrown in. There's good black body, nice nitro foam on top. The sourness is there in the flavour and slight sweet barley on the back end. I get what they're trying to do but it's unbalanced. That sourness becomes cloying, let me tell you. This is an attempt that's not quite there. If they could get it right it would be amazing.

Muddy yellow body with little foam, very faint wheat on the nose and the pineapple is MIA. Flavour is chewy wheat with cloying fake pineapple, sweetness all around and just a sugary mess that you want to drink vodka with to get out of your system. Man, that was a hard night - when I had a case of macro beer that was so bad I added a shot of vodka to each glass. Major hangover.

Clear copper body and little foam, sweet fake chestnut syrup on the nose. Flavour is just a pile of cloying chestnut syrup blended into overcarbonated soda water. The fakest of fake beers.

Middling cloudy yellow body and a bit of foam, soft hops on the nose of sweet vegetably funk. Flavour is sweet and dry hops but no malt character. Strong carbonation that is spikey. Missing a few key elements for a decent pale ale.

Clearish orangey cipper body and little foam, dry grains on the nose. Flavour is sweet malts with caramel hints and nothing else. Okay carbonation helps the mouthfeel, but otherwise this thing is mediocre.

330ml bottle. As Whistler Mountain Lager. Pours a slightly hazy gold-amber with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Weak aroma of bready malt and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, honey, red apple, slightly sour plum and floral hops in a dry, crisp finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Malt forward and actually not bad as far as Lagers go.

330ml bottle. (5.9% ABV) Pours a hazy gold-amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Mild, sweet aroma of caramel malt, grapefruit, passion fruit and piney hops. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, grapefruit, orange, pine resin and light passion fruit in a dry, bitter, spicy hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.
