Part of their Rambler Pack bought at The Beer Store in Embrun. Goes under the name Mountain Lager and the word Powder seems to be out now. Pours a clean light golden colour with a nice creamy white head, good retention and thick lacing. Nice cereal grain malt aromas with a slight sweet touch. The taste has the same, but with a hint of sourness that is not bad at all - in the finish. Quite an easy-drinking lager that still has some nice malts to it.

Part of their Rambler Pack found at the Embrun Beer Store. Pours a clean amber colour. A big beautiful creamy warm-beige head, great retention and thick creamy-fluffy lacing. Grainy cereal aromas with some notes of caramel malts. Not much hops, but these are found in the taste. Not super heavy, but adding a nice soft dry touch. Still, some nice cereal and toasted malts. All-around, a decent old-school IPA.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves lots of chunky lace. Sweet aroma of grapefruit, caramel malt and piney hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, passion fruit and lemon in a dry, mild bitter, hoppy finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty simple, but refreshing and crushable. Good summer beer.

Had this at Tap & Barrel. Peachy colour, cloudy. Lots of apricot on the nose, a bit artificial like yogurt flavouring, but it’s more balanced on the palate...sweetish bit with bright fruity acidity, big apricot flavours and just enough of the base wit character. No magic but a solid d school fruit beer.

Hazy, light tan. Medium head. Light hop nose, mostly amarillo citrus. But the citra litterbox is fairly noticeable in the finish. Moderate bitterness, with light citra finish. Light body, ok.

Citrus and a hint of green onion. Pours golden orange with ok head. Light bitter end. Tall can.

Light creamy citrus. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Light candied citrus and a light finish. Solid.

It is very rich, but simple and strong with the sweetness being almost overwhelming. But it is a bit overbearing. Slgs sask

Too much maple and lots of chestnut. Pours clear mahogany with decent head. Very sweet end like breakup sex. Tap at Samesun.
