Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear pale orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates gradually to a minimal film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the CCBA Summer Session on 08/26/2017. The beer is a brownish-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, fruit and caramel. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and mild earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

From a bottle. Cloudy redish amber with a light tan head. Big aggressive hoppy woody tannin like bitter aromas and flavors. Smooths out and gets better as it warms up bit

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with big white head. Aroma is coriander, medium body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is coriander and some citrus. Quality brew.

Sample at the Beer/Port/Mead/Homebrew Tasting on 07/20/2017. Clear orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart citrus, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with a tart lemony character and flavors of mildly funky yeast and bready malt. The finish is sour and funky with a lemon and yeast aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a cup. Clear light orange with no head. Aroma is hibiscus, light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is hibiscus and a little mango.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a clear straw-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mild hops, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room during the ’Wanderlust and Spring Thaw (Wild Fermentation) Bottle Release’ on 06/03/2017. Brown-black color with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Dark chocolate, malt and yeast in the nose. Medium body with flavors of bittersweet chocolate, roast malt, earthy coffee and yeast. The finish is roasty with a chocolate and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

The beer is a slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of oak, funky yeast, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of vinous oak, stone fruit, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is dry with a yeast and fruit aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

The beer is a clear dark golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of funky yeast, peach and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, funky peach, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is mildly funky with a peach and orange aftertaste. Good beer all around.
