Always a winner! - at least when the alternatives are average lagers. The bitter and coffee-like aftertaste may not be a favourite with everyone. Rerate: Well, I'll never turn down a Guinness - but still has to take off a few points. It's good, but not THAT good!

Sampled draught at The Shannon, Taipei, Taiwan.
Golden coloured with brief creamy head. Sweet and fruity with medium body and bold, grainy maltiness. Drying out towards a finish with medium bitterness. One-dimensional.

No particular aroma deep black and a nice creamy head. Slightly burned taste. It is a bit supttle, so if it is served wrong it will certainly diminish the experience.

RerateGetting like this one more and more. It's not really special, but it is actually perfect in its simplicity. OriginalI'm sorry but i cannot be pleased by this stuff. Nice dark appearance, thick creamy lasting head. Taste is full, rich, creamy alright. Bitterness, coffee, malts. Just not my favorite style i guess. Though i really try to like it. --- Beer merged from original tick of Guinness Draught on 12 Mar 2019 at 19:50 - Score: 6. Original review text: Even een badge inkoppen
