On tap at Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall in Atlantic City, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Opaque black pour. Small, creamy tan cap. Roasted malt nose hints at cocoa. Tangy notes of orange, vanilla, berries and bittersweet chocolate. Creamy mouthfeel. Nicely done.

On tap at Central Jersey Beer Festival at Mercer County Park. Clear yellow gold color. Aroma of fresh apple, cardamom and cinnamon. Flavor is sweet apple with notes of cinnamon, apple and a tangy finish. Tastes as advertised.

16 oz can. Thanks Craftyhalfpint! Aroma shows me mild grapefruit, mango-ish, peach like nuances. Nice soft, supple mouthfeel. All the fruit that’s found in the Roman is in the flavor. Ends on semi-sweet peach notes. Well made for a NEIPA!

On tap at Blend Bar & Bistro in Hamilton, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Cloudy reddish purple color. Small white ring. Fragrant sweet berry aroma. Flavor is tart berries with notes of lemon and lime. Not overtly sour. Just enough to tingle your buds. A bit drying on the palate. Sticky mouthfeel. Sour finish.
