Many thanks to Sean for sending this bottle! The beer starts nice yeasty-smooth banana-like with a sharp hoppy bitter body. Interesting aroma. Fresh and sharp-hopped in the aftertaste with a soft body. Great combination!

Keg at Tap East, 21/09/14. Clear pale golden with a well appointed white cap. Nose is peach, citric rind, straw, vanilla, Belgian yeast esters, caramel. Taste comprises citric rind, grass, less sweet than the nose suggested, lemon rind, tangy orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp refreshing close. Decent saison, plenty of flavour for the ABV.
