Pours a very hazy, light yellow-orange, with smallish head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is citrus, with some pine/spruce hops in the background. Slight sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Not bad.

Pours a slightly hazy, light pineapple-yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma has some cat pee, some basement dankness, more than a little citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors are tropical and citrus fruit. Very smooth body. Pillowy mouthfeel. A light sweetness. Just a touch of hop pine bitterness in the finish. Nice beer.

Can thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head. The aroma is butter, melon, earth. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, dusty finish, decent.

32 growler drunk 5/27 and 5/28/17.
Moderate haziness, but nothing even approaching their IPA. Top pour is actually quite clear after it’s been sitting in the fridge for a few days. Mixing in the sediment proves to add more hop character and softness to the palate without any problematic blandness/yeastiness. White head atop is large and well-retained. Pale, straw-gold body is well-carbonated.
Very dry nose full of lemon-pepper-like hop notes spread across a rather grainy, very "dry" seeming malt body and fresh, nutty yeast. Nectarine rind, mineral and low resin. It’s impressive how different this is than their IPA - not in the NE style at all and almost more along the lines of a moderately hoppy golden ale.
Nutty, and yet peppery with a dextrinous but super-attenuated character. Tons of biscuit, cracker and fresh grain-like character with lemon, pear and lime-like hop notes that provide gentle to moderate bitterness without exacerbating the very dry, grainy malt character. Very tight, engaging carbonation keeps it light, bright and crisp. With warming and more sediment added, it gets a little softer and the citrus becomes somewhat more round. Great stuff, crisp, dry, mineral-driven and highly drinkable.

Draught at Europa Black Rock, 5/27/17.
Dark, milk-chocolate-to-dark mahogany, seems fairly opaque, with a light tan head atop showing moderate retention.
Rich chocolate, molasses and a more dry coffee-vanilla element comprise the well-balanced nose. Lactic character sits gently on the finish, adding light acidity in concert with the molasses-like note. Despite being obviously dessert-forward with lots of adjunct and malt sweetness, it doesn’t come off "fudgey" or seem like it’s going to be a syrup/sugar bomb. Roast emerges more and more with warming, while the lactose and vanilla hang on, as well. Dark fruits abound and the chocolate element wanes. No alcohol or flaw.
Indeed not syrupy or sugary in the mouth, though it is thick and rich, with all sorts of chocolate notes leading to sweet caramel-vanilla and a moderate acidic finish that displays plentiful roast and lactose. Good amounts of plum, currant and grape-like notes are intertwined with vanilla and chocolate. Low but engaging carbonation and a malty, soft, lightly sticky texture is achieved with no alcohol or flaw. Quite rich, but I love that it’s still only 5%. Can definitely get behind that.

Draught at Europa Black Rock, 5/27/17.
Thoroughly hazy-to-soupy, bright beeswax-bronze with a large, well-retained, white head atop. Quintessential NE IPA appearance.
The nose is a bouquet of tropical fruits and light honey-like malts with a touch of biscuit and cracker. Adding to the guava-mango-juicy pineapple is a more dry, classic, slightly acidic citrus character which contributes lime zest, and tangy orange and a bit more balance, overall. As much as I love the straight tropical juice bombs, they can be a bit overpowering and "sweet" from the lack of acidity that the more citrusy hops provide. Clean as a whistle, with no alcohol noted nor any yeast blandness or resin.
Pillowy soft, comforting malts show light honey and biscuit and high attenuation and engaging, moderate carbonation keeps it drinkable and crisp on the finish. Tons of meyer lemon, over-ripe pineapple, mango and lime lead to an exuberant, bright, juicy hop character quite devoid of any pine or other potentially resinous notes. There’s still a brace of good bitterness on the end, helping to balance and the beer is clean and shows no alcohol. Straightforward NE IPA, though I like the dose of lime-orange-lemon on the finish. Very, very well-executed/brewed. Awesome. Instantly a fan. Incredibly high quality for how young this brewery is. So much potential here (though it’s already delicious).
