Brewery draught, 5/2/25.
Clear blonde. Small, white head.
Lightly stinky (in a good way), hoppy nose with sweat, farm, mineral and a backing of honey, baguette and cracker. Great balance, lots of personality.
Bright, almost tart lemon, melon, white grape and excellent malt structure featuring freshly baked baguette. Light pepper lingering, moderate fruitiness. Damn, this is something. Still appropriately dry but with a satisfying texture.

Brewery draught, 5/2/25.
Heavily hazy, golden-maize. Creamy, white head, small.
Spicy hops with lemon and tangerine-like notes. Cracker and clean yeast. Very polished, with light floral notes. Not too much intense berry from the Krush/586.
Nice and dry with berry and lemon. Lots of cracker. Like with the Galaxy IPA I just had, I'd personally prefer more sweetness/depth from the malt to balance the very dry berry and lemon from the hops. But it's clean and polished. Does gain some roundness with warming, but I'm just not a fan of Krush.

Brewery draught, 5/2/25.
Clear light copper-bronze. Small, white head.
Floral hopping with a bit of biscuit. A bit slight on malts. Expecting a bit more richness, but it's clean and there's some very light bread.
More richness in flavor with honey, marmalade, biscuit and cracker and a dry finish with high drinkability all around. Great texture and a tight carbonation. Drinks slightly lighter than it's size but is still flavorful. Nice bitterness, lingering honey and white bread.

Brewery draught, 5/2/25.
Near-turbid as pictured.
This is really well-done Galaxy, wow. Bright and slightly juicy with guava and white wine. Not much spruce or hard pine. Malt shows biscuit and slight honey. Very clean with lemon and white wine lingering.
Lightly juicy with healthy bitterness. Quite dry, and to that end, I do wish it was a bit fuller in body or even slightly sweeter. As is, the dryness exacerbates the hard uber-drying nature of Galaxy. That said, hard to complain about a beer being dry and it isn't under malted, just maybe a bit light on malt relative to Galaxy.

Brewery draught, 5/2/25.
Beautiful pour, as pictured.
Lightly nutty, hint of toast and caramel with some mineral and coffee. Lower fruitiness. Clean, aromatic.
Light coffee, good wateriness creating big drinkability. Dry, not too dry. Moderate bitterness, hints of dry caramel and toast.

Brewery lukr 5/2/25.
Clear bright gold. Creamy, white head.
This smells incredible! Rich mineral/heirloom-like yeast and bright, herb-and-spice from hop with a smattering of delicate honey and sourdough from the malt. Clean, clear, aromatic.
Excellent yeast character with fresh plaster and rich minerality. Hints of honey with light baguette and cracker. Good depth without overdoing it on maltiness. Hops are flavorful and not too bitter. Crisp finish. Love the yeastiness. Love the amount of flavor for its size. This is exactly what I want out of a lager. Love the yeast focus most of all.

Canned 12/12/24, drunk 3/20/25.
Dark, clear. Tan head slowly to cover.
Sweet malt with nutty, vanilla-tinged oats and light acidity from dark malts. Richly malted with soy and chocolate.
Rich soy but just a bit thin. Or maybe not thin but not where I want a 7% stout to be. Tastes like 5%. But it's clean, not over roasted and balanced with a solid, light caramel and milk chocolate sweetness.

Canned 12/6/24, drunk 2/16/25.
Deep golden with brass tints. Large, white head, slowly to light cover.
Spicily-hopped, clean and malty nose with some rich, bread-and-honey from the malt and lingering herbal and pepper suggestions. Very aromatic and inviting.
Malty and rich, especially given its size, with baguette and honey-like notes from malt and spicy and herbal notes from hop to gently balance. Rich, deep, malty texture but pretty good attenuation, with cracker and bread and light bitterness helping dry the finish. Just a crazy amount of body and flavor for its size.

Canned 1/9/25, drunk 2/2/25.
Heavily hazy, peach-blonde-golden. Large, white head slowly to cover.
Floral and piney notes mix with mild citrus and a bit of softer papaya-like notes. Lots of honey and biscuit from the malt but not overly aromatic. Clean with the usual hoppy edge from CW.
In the mouth it's confoundingly dry, bitter, piney and heavily, heavily crackery. Just not enough deep maltiness, ultimately, despite everything else working just fine here. Lots of pine, floral perfume and citrus with a hint of juicy tropical fruit, but so sparsely textured with a ton of bland/dryness. Not enough comfort/depth/flavor for its size.
