Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.
Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

16 oz. can with a date of 11/17/16. Crystal clear golden color with mild carbonation level. Fast dying head. Aroma is like sea air with mild sour lacto. Flavor is lightly tart, in a wheat based body. The salt makes an appearance in the second half with a very subtle passion fruit juice in the mix. Light body. This is exactly as it should be and refreshing.

Can from East Derry dated 12/14/16. Hazy Murky deep yellow tang color with a thin bubbly white head that persists. Juicy citrus and melon with a hint of milk stout on the nose. Bitter creamy weird citrusy tropical fruit flavor. Somewhat harsh bitterness lingers deep into the finish and after. Light buttery diacetyl flavor. Meh. It almost seems like they tried to soften an overly harsh IPA by adding lactose. Drinkable but not world class.

16 oz. can purchased at the source. Murky money orange in color within soapy White head, like lace. Aroma is moderate pine, tropical fruit, light earthy notes.
The flavor has a lasting earthy pine throughout the sip with notes of tropical fruit toward the finish. Bitterness is mild with a pretty good malt balance that does not become overly sweet. A mild trace of alcohol can be found but does not detract from the flavor. Nice DIPA.

16 oz. can purchased at the source. Hazy deep gold color, lasting head and retention. Aroma is rich oats, pineapple, pears, and a mild floral hint.
The oats give a nice fuller mouthfeel with a almost chewy texture. The hops are interesting. Pears, banana, pineapple, and again a decent amount of oats in the finish. Even with the oats, it has an airy / fresh finish. Very easy drinking.

16 oz. can purchased at the source. Cloudy yellow with thin bubbles of head. Aroma is apricot, light pepper and a hint of plastic.
Flavor is weak peppery yeast, apricot, peaches. The flavor is pretty good except for that hint of plastic. Yeah, I am rusty on my home brew off flavors. Not sure what the hell the plastic note is. Overall it is still drinkable but more like a home brew. Sorry just being honest. The yeast and this hop variety don’t really play well together.

Can from Greg and Jane’s Huge crack upon opening and mostly a glass full of foam upon pouring. Eventually a hazy deep yellow color with a huge frothy bubbly white head that persists forever. Lemony earthy citrus on the nose with bits of sweet tarts? The flavor is yeah uhm bitter lightly buttery some earthy and light fruit. Something happened to this beer after it was canned and it isn’t good. Can from 9/21/16 there’s a /221 and a separate sticker with a /226 on it. Loved the regular version, this one not so much!

Can from Greg and Jane’s Pours a hazy deep yellow color with a small bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Smells of tart lemon with a salty earthy funk to counter. There’s a light fruit in the nose that I can’t describe, maybe its floral? Lemony tart flavor with hints of stone fruit and some saline and light earth to balance. Medium body moderate carbonation. Maybe I’m just hungry but I think some chips and salsa would pair very well with this beer.

Canned 9/29/16, shared by Chris on 10/15/16.
Light haziness in this bright, blonde-golden bodied beer. White head atop is small and shows modest retention for the style.
Exceedingly soft, bright aromas of melon, flowers, honey and lemon are layered atop light wheat-like and biscuity grains in the background. Some residual sugar is left and helps balance while the acidity is under control. Salinity light, as well, though it gives it a good roundness. Tons of melon, lemon and light tropical fruit notes lingering with no alcohol or flaw.
Tart, bright, tightly carbonated and with a round salinity that works with the soft, wheat-like texture to balance the acidity here. Big melon-like fruitiness, with lemons, limes and such leading to a tart, bright finish with a hint of honey and grain lingering. No alcohol or flaw. Excellent stuff, as usual, from GCB. Thanks, Chris, for sharing.
