Description
Mexican craft brewery + wood-fired taqueria offering crispy lagers, tropical IPAs, and barrel-aged and bottle-conditioned limited release ales.
As expressed by our crossroads logo, Keep all lines open and flowing is a mantra for making and serving good beer — a reflection of our commitment to sharing and exploring possibilities.
Cruz Blanca makes beers that open people up to new flavors, new ideas, and new experiences. From endlessly refreshing Mexican lagers and sunny IPAs that transport us to warmer places, to the less-travelled roads of barrel-aged and wild fermentation ales, there’s always a journey in the beer that keeps us curious about what’s next.
We’re all at the same long table, and there’s always room for one more. Let’s keep all lines open and flowing.

355ml can, via Beer52. Drank at home on 16th March 2022. Misty body, lemony/orangey colour, weak white head. Tropical fruit nose and taste, semi-sweet rather than semi-sour.

Enjoyed on tap at the Frontera at Ohare Airport. Pretty straight forward, no frills, tastes like something I’d have on a beach which is super ironic because I’ll be doing that soon!

Can from Beer 52 – drunk at home. Pours a cloudy pale lemon, with a vigorous frothy white head. Sweet lemon and lime in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy, with very little bitterness. Some mango and tropical fruits in the flavour, and laterv on some lemon too. Slight bitter lemon in the finish. Pretty bland to say the least.

Tight white head stayed on an unclear amber coloured body. Stone fruit & malt aroma. Medium bodied, tingly & clean on the back. Bubble gum, stone fruit & sweet citrus tastes with a bitter, pithy pine finish & peppery aft. Decent.

Again, I missed the cocktail reference. Really nice, easy drinker. A tad lighter, less saisony than desired but still quite nice.
