As expressed by our crossroads logo, Keep all lines open and flowing is a mantra for making and serving good beer — a reflection of our commitment to sharing and exploring possibilities.
Cruz Blanca makes beers that open people up to new flavors, new ideas, and new experiences. From endlessly refreshing Mexican lagers and sunny IPAs that transport us to warmer places, to the less-travelled roads of barrel-aged and wild fermentation ales, there’s always a journey in the beer that keeps us curious about what’s next.
We’re all at the same long table, and there’s always room for one more. Let’s keep all lines open and flowing.

Tap at GTMW. Big lactic sour tone. Funky fruit tones, but mostly some lemon lime from the yeast. Good, fun to try, but a little oversoured. Not super paw paw forward.

Black with a medium sized dsek brown head that faded quickly. Intense cocoa aroma. Flavor was strong cocoa, toasty malt, vanilla, bourbon and a hint of red wine. Exceptionally long finish. Full bodied.

355ml can from Beer52 Chicago box @ 5.8%. In response to therock2011 below, if you turn the can 180 degrees it states 'Hazy IPA'! I assume cerveza means beer rather than lager. Pours a hazy gold with small white head, some retention. Aroma of orange and mango and some 'green' hops being slightly herby and earthy. Taste has a good juicy citrus and tropical notes but with a bitterness running through. Well balanced. Medium bodied, fairly slick, fine carbonation. Really enjoyable this one.

355ml can from Beer52, Chicago box @ 6.0%. Poured a mini-gusher with some landing on the floor. Once settled in an actual glass it was a cloudy dark gold with small nice lasting white head Sweet and sharp aroma of pineapple, pine, sweet malts. Taste is quite citric/acidic with biscuit like malts, some pineapple chunks and an earthy bitter pine. Medium body and carbonation. Good.

Taster at FoBAB, where it won a Bronze Medal. A very licorice and Blackjack gum smell. Still pour, dark brown to black with a thin ring of foam. I do taste cherries in it. But mostly what I get is a licorice taste or a blackjack gum taste. It can really grow on you if you like that.

Dark brown with a small foamy tan head. Very sweet and boozy with caramel, rum, and candied fruit. Very long finish. Full bodied. Marvelous!
