Description
Welcome to the official page of the Lindemans family which has been brewing lambic since 1822. The family has owned a farm since the dawn of time. It was to occupy (and refresh) the peasants in winter that we began our brewing activity. With time and success, our agricultural activities decreased as our brewery developed.
As Darwin said, functions create organs. Today, we are once again expanding our brewery to share the love of our beers beyond our borders.

Bottle. A very nice sweet black currant aroma up front - hints of yeast. A dark violet color with small pink head. Very pleasant sweet-tart black currant flavor - hints of the lambic mustiness. Moderate carbonation. A very good fruit lambic - quite unique. A great currant flavor.

Bottle Amber, golden, pale body. White creamy head, which diminishes totally. Good lace. Peaches in the nose. Lightly sout, heavuly sweet initial flavour. Moderately sweet finish. Please don’t promote this, because I fear it would sell quite well anyway, but it would be another defeat for the artisnal beers.

(bottle) Dark amber colour with a small frothy white head. Acidic aroma of fruits, cider and candy sugar. Sweet flavour turns into a light sweet-sour woody & vinous mouthfeel with a rather dry, slightly bitter-sour finish with a good length.

(bottle) Pale & hazy orange body with a small off-white creamy layer. Very fruity aroma of peaches but also a sour note. A gentle flavour of sweet apricots, even a sugary note is appearing without any pushing touch, all well-balanced. Tasty sweet-sour finish.
