Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. New Brewery tick. A a thick jet black coloured pour with a lasting dark tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, cedar, roast, cinnamon bun, umami, brown sugars. flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody roast, bark, ginger, cola cubes, mellow coffee, earthy liquorice. Imperial tropical stout vibes. Palate is semi sweet, airy carbonation, woody finish, Quite unique.

Bottle at home, from HOTM online, 14/01/22. Happy to report a regular pour and not the gushing affair I experienced in the previous bottle from this brewer. Pitch black with a good sized lasting dark tan head. Nose is coffee bean, spice, dark malts, molasses, cocoa powder, ashen tones. Taste comprises vanilla, tonka bean, cocoa powder, spice, bitter roast, dried fruit rinds. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good kick of booze. Ok full on impy stout with a moderate coffee bite ... a little harsh and boosty in places and lacking depth overall but an Ok sipper ... one to share ... think I'd struggle taking down the full 500! For the price point I doubt I'll revisit this brewer.

Bottle from The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Drank at 'ome. Black pour with a tan head. I had a coconut dream once, Bounty happen I suppose 😁. Aromas of dark chocolate Bounty bar, coffee, toffee,dates,raisins. Taste is dark chocolate Bounty, sweet tobacco, treacle toffee, coffee, cocoa, vanilla. Long gullet warming roasty finish.

Pours black, fast fading tanned head. Scent is coffee, with a beautifull (!) roast. Sweet, full. Taste is full, roasty, chocolate, coffee, tad bitter. Bit ashy, some cocoa. lovely.

Bottle at home, from HOTM online, 16/12/21. Slow gusher alert!!! Pitch black with a big old dirty tan cap that eventually settles down to a swirl. Nose is bitter roast, dark chocolate, herbal notes, charr, spice, coffee bean, vanilla essence. Taste comprises earthy roast, coffee, ashen tones, molasses, burnt muscovado sugars, chocolate, spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a spike of alcohol. Decent impy ... was worried about the over carbonation when I poured but it eventually calmed down... good balance and a roast bitter edge.... not for the super sweet pastry fans.

Pours black, nearly no head. Scent is raw coffee. Roasty. Taste is coffee, but really burnt. Like the spent coffee grains. Not great.
