No head whatsoever, over ochre-yellow, veiled beer. Rosemary, lavender,... and as to lambic... Quite sour to astringent. Again this perfumed impression, if less obviously lavender. Finish is lemony, more convincing to its name. Wry, acidthinning, uncarbonated. Bit weird, to put it mildly. Lambic with a Dutch twist?

0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, honey, marzipan, rhubarb. full body, soft carbonation. tastes flowery, honey, rhubarb, bit earthy, grassy. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of flowers, honey, rhubarb notes. Very nice one, great balance

0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Amber clear color, small white head. smells funky, berry notes, parfumy. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes flowery, parfumy, berry notes, bit lactic, grassy. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of berry notes, flowery and grassy notes. Very nice one, very interesting blend

Unlabelled bottle. Almost clear dark golden to light amber. Sour plums, light funky, strawberries, soft oak. A touch of citrus. Medium sour, lighter sweet. Quite nice!

I really enjoyed this! Light acidity, herbal yet also very vibrant, nice body: easy but not watery. Great balance.

Now this is more my kind of thing. It probably was something porterish in the past, but has gone way beyond that. Herbal, some sweetness, and some leathery funkyness. Obviously plantlife was harmed in the making of this beer. Good

Pretty sour, lightly floral, herbal. Clearly a bunch of weed has been thrown in, but I can't distinguish it further than A SHRUBBERY! NI! Pretty light, definitely beery, and somewhat refreshing, but not really for me.

Beer for the road. Lovely interpretation of a proper Berliner weisse, with the Elixer touch and some weeds thrown in. Nicely sour, slightly funky, and loads of elderflower. Light and soft, some malts, hint of lemon. Refreshing.
