Description
Here at Lowlands Brewing Collaborative, we believe that life is best enjoyed with close friends, preferably with a great bier in hand. The only thing better? More friends and more great biers. The Collaborative exists to create more of each.

Admin Note: Due to wonky ownership laws in Wisconsin, LBC collaborates on its beers by brewing its beers at different partner breweries.

Tap at Hollander. Really soft on the palate. Rich malt tones, funky, odd yeast tone. Real rustic, farmhouse feel. Aroma is a little iffy. Earthy, not quite what I would expect from a Saison. Gets worse as you sip at it.

Tap at Hollander. A true Belgian Brown on tap in good condition. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice hoppy balance to the sweet malts. Good.

Draught at Van Moll Fest 2019. Amber color, off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, thick heavy bourbon, sweet. Quit intense. Soft carbonation suits the beer. Pleasant. 8-3-8-3-15

Enjoyed on tap in carafe form at Cafe Hollander in Wauwatosa, WI while dining with friends. Appearance is a bright, cloudy gold with a rich white head. Aroma of spice, wheat, citrus, definite light aroma. Taste had a soft touch of spice/clove and mirrors the aroma. I thought this was pretty good, nothing groundbreaking and there are better brews for the style, but still not bad.

On tap @ Centraal. Pours a cloudy pale straw yellow with a fluffy white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy wheat backed by light citrus, flora and a hint of clove. Flavor is similar with light citrus and flora in the beginning but has an earthy wheat finish and a hint of clove.
