Lightly hazy, bright, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, average stay and some soapy lacing spots left. Citrus zest aromas with some spices. The coriander and orange zest continues in the taste, with a blend of fresh herbs, blending very well. Not too thick in the mouthfeel and enough dryness to make this quite drinkable. A good, refreshing, zesty-spicy Witbier with a herbal touch that balances things, uniquely.

Hazed-bright golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy-bubbly white head, decent retention and lots of soapy-foamy lacing. Big herbal-citrus aromas with an orange juice base and mild oats. Flavours of lemon zest with a tad tart, smooth grassiness blending with light oranges. Particles floating around, eventually hitting the bottom. Juicy mouthfeel with some nice building, soft dryness. A nice easy-drinking NEIPA that is not overly DDH, nor too juicy.

Mildly hazed with a few spiced particles floating around, a golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent retention and leaving some foamy lacing spots. Lemon zest aromas with some light oats and a herbal touch. Flavours continue into the citrus zest-peel with some well-blended grassiness from the hops. Some decent bitterness and dryness in the mouthfeel. Not getting much pineapples from the Nectaron hops, more citrus from the Citra and Mosaic. Still, a good Session NEIPA that does down well.

Slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a fizzy white cap, disappearing quickly, not leaving much. Beautiful aromas with the Myrica gale replacing the hops. Lemon, herbal notes and even fresh mints. It does have this unique herbal-citrus touch in the flavours as well. Some honey, lemon and orange juices giving this a candy feel. Quite an interesting Blonde without hops, but what was used before them.

Clean golden-amber colour with a frothy-bubbly off-white head, average retention and a few lacing spots. Herbal, grassy aromas with notes of nuts, wood and maybe rye malts. The flavours show some maltiness found in amber beers, and the hops are more drying than adding to much grass. Gets a little hazy as it pours, so a touch unfiltered. Particles fall to the bottom of the glass at last pour. Nicely brewed, but just not my thing - between the hops being used here and the amber malts. Thankfully, a touch of Pils-spiciness does linger to help me enjoy this.

Clean, golden colour with a tad amber hue, a warm, off-white frothy head that lasts a while and leaves a little wet-foamy lacing. Beautiful fresh aromas of herbal hops over the straw grains, with even some spiciness. Hints of apples and caramel do come out with time. The taste has this spicy malt continuing, with the cereal grains really shinning here. I get the apples, light grassiness in the finish, just adding a nice touch to the low alcohol content, lingering nicely. Gets a tad hazed at last pour, but not too much. A good Session English Ale that is like an ESB with more Pils malts than caramel, and a decent amount of hops.

Light bodied and it's felt in the flavor but a decent hop bite and mineral finish makes this enjoyable.

Des parfums forestiers sur un malté subtilement caramélisé et miellé assument un olfactif assez floral et un tantinet sucré. Des accents de petits fruits et de bonbons sucrés sont également décelés. Une mousse abondante et pétillante recouvre le liquide doré foncé et presque limpide. Le Myrique Beaumier est bien présent en bouche et compose un couvert forestier sucré, malté, avec des accents floraux. Légères notes de sapin, petits fruits, miel, petits jujubes, bref, un mélange fruité forestier et sucré. La finale sucrée ne relève aucune amertume. Le corps est assez ample avec une effervescence très douce. Une bière sucrée, mettant en valeur le Myrique Beaumier et une panoplie d’accents fruités et miellés.
