Green peppers, jalapeños and some sweetness. Cloudy brown with a decent beige head. Soft green pepper with a touch of jalapeño. No mole.

Smells of okay vegetably hops, has okay foam on a medium gold body. Taste like an okay pilsner with hop sweetness. Mouthfeel is okay. So, I think it's okay. Okay?

Bright, gold. Nice clean malt profile, not really German...got that 2 row huskiness and some acetaldehyde, and it could use bitterness for balance but it’s a solid pale lager anyway.

Pinkish and hazy. Lots of raspberry on the nose, ok...yeasty saison without much malt character, and mild raspberry note. Harsh and husky tho.

Cloudy blond colour. The spicy yeast profile is moderate, more flavour than aroma, not estery, some orange peel.

On tap at the brewpub. Has a semi smokey barley aroma, sweet chocolate, weak coffee hints. Very blackish brown body and a bright beige head of minimal presence on top. Flavour is sweet barley with coffee notes. Crisp on the mouth but weak st the same time, could be fuller. Average at best, probably works for the local crowd but not a world beater.
