Flight at brewery. Pours clear yellow. Aroma has some funk, floral notes, and a bit of stone fruit. Flavour is funky, has some floral and grassy notes, and a bit of yeast. Pretty decent.

Very pale. Quite vinous. Soft body, juicy, low carbonation. Light tartness. Very grapey. Simple flavours, unique body, I like it.

Dullish pale, thin head. Quite tart, lots of pineapple, there's a bit of guava on the nose. Some hop on the palate, too. There's something about this that doesn't really come together.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a dark amber/mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is full of red berries, toffee, bready malt, though no notice of the barrels or coconut. Flavour is much the same, with lots of red berries and toffee, followed by alcohol and bready malt. Again, not noticing the coconut or barrels. Decent enough barley wine, but not particularly complex or refined. Solid.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle grape must, some rustic saison yeast, and some grainy notes. Flavour is a little more interesting, with crisp crackery malt, white grape must, and rustic saison yeast. Mineraly, seltzery palate with low residual sweetness. Moderately complex but still leaves plenty of room for improvement. Decent.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle floral hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and bright, with a nice floral and spicy hop character, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp, clean, assertively carbonated. Solid for a blonde.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a deep dark amber brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is dominated by the tonka beans, but the base beer seems flimsy. Flavour confirms this, delivering what seems like tonka bean extract served on top of this light and flimsy dark base beer. Leaves plenty to be desired.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear dark amber brown with minimal off white head. Woody, bourbon and port notes, the base beer is a bit light, could use some more depth, but the port is what really lends itself here. Decent.

Dark brown, med head. Aroma is a lot of tonka bean. On a lighter stout that's a call and a half. Yeah so the light body works against it. The tonka is awesome as always but this needs sugar and some dark malt complexity. That touch of coffee ain't enough.
