Medium brown, thin head. Has a light roast accent. Smells thin. Super thin on the palate, dos equis thin but it's a baltic? This misses on all the levels. Repackage this as a mexican dark and get back to me.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of deep rich chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes with some residual sugar notes and perfumy notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with Bourbon notes with a sweet finish and notes of vanilla. Body is below average with good carbonation. Too thin for the style and perfume notes are not enjoyable.

473mL can, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice bourbon and port wine combo, with some Belgian yeast, and a touch of bready malt. Flavour is integrated and subtle for the style, with bourbon barrels upfront, with dry toffee, bready malt, and dry port wine barrels. Integrated well, though not exactly authentically quad-like; just a nice BA strong ale.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a tiny tan head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy graininess, gentle brett, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is gently tart, with subtle brett, earthiness, toasted grains, and bready malt. Gently tart, young bretty finish. Needs more carb. Pretty nice for what it is.

Dark amber colour, clean, not much head. Vinous aroma, and malt. Good body, but also too boozy; malty backdrop, but the malt is hidden by the strong booze, and wine.

16oz can pours a slightly dark gold, huge white head. Nose is gristy, dustry, herbal, dried grains. Flavor is grist, herbs. Doesn't read Belgian. Full bodied finish.

Florals and citrus. Not a great balance here. Clear copper pour with ok head. Sweet floral finish. Can.

Quite pale with a slight haze. Light peach. Fairlly wheaty, somewhat yeasty. More interesting than you'd expect from a peach wheat.

Pale brown, just thin head. Toasty, good rye, mellow and a touch of acidity. Bit strong for a mild bit it's more a rye beer anyway.
