Pours clear, gold to amber. No real head. Scent is vineous, rubber, sugary, raisins, mild oak. Taste is full, very tokaji-like. Very raisin forward. Dried white fruit. Nearly no carbonation. Vineous and woody, perhaps a bit OP's, but certainly more than enjoyable.

Tap at Lya. Hazy golden-orange body, off-white head. Pleasant sweetish aroma, light funk on sweet grape notes, clearly wild yet not dried out. Drier taste, hmm, definitely not as lovely as the aroma, minerally, funky, mild apple seeds, though there is an interesting fruity presence, somewhere in between odd and not sweet citrus candy and grapes. Then it starts growing on you, even if the odd dry and lightly tart finish doesn't let it breathe much. Good stuff!

Tap at Kosteelcky chmelovarek 2023. Amber orange color with medium white head. Aroma of raspberries, funk, tannin. Taste is lovely fruity sour with raspberries, funk, light acidic notes, light tartness in finish. Nice one.

Pours dark pink, big to huge pinkwhite head. Scent is full on cherry, but also funk from the basebeer. emphasis on brett for sure. Taste is full on cherries again, touch of fruity sweetness. Not nearly as dry as an Oude Kriek, but still very enjoyable. High on brett, lower on acidity.

Clear red colour with lasting head. Juicy red fruits in the aroma together with a fresh funkiness. Tart and funky taste but not extreme. Well balanced. The grape comes through well.

Slow gusher. Murky, dark yellow colour. Really intense fruity aroma with some farmhouse funk too. Loads of apricot. Moderately tart, close to sherbet. Funky taste.
