Bottle shared with OGJ at Lya Beer Café, Prague, 06.01.20. Clear copper. Almost no head. Superb aroma and tast of white Port, sherry, corints, prunes and dates. It is well balanced with lambic sourness, sp it is not too sweet. Very good!

330ml bottle [4.8% abv handwritten on label]. Hazy, purple-ish brown colour with small, frothy, fading, pink-ish head. Sour-ish, fruity aroma, notes of morello, hints of vinegar, a woody touch, some plum, whiffs of glue. Taste is sour-ish, fruity, minimally tangy, slightly earthy notes of morello, black cherry, a touch of vinegar, lemon juice, old lemon peel, a minimally peppery spicy touch as well. Watery texture, minimally astringent, puckering palate. Nice cherry notes, a tad too sour for me.

(bottle 0,7l) Overall: Sour and cherry. Well crafted, reminds good lambics, very good for the style (but just good for my taste). Aroma: Sour, cherry, wine, leather. Appearance: Clear dark red. Medium pink head. Taste: Medium sour, tart, cherry, light sweet, leather. Palate: Medium body. Higher carbonation. Long dry-sour finish.

Ciemne owoce, chlebowe, migdalowe, karmelowe, ciut octowe... zaskok, bo w uscie mega slodycz, rodzynki, cukier... bardziej jak quadrupel czy BW niz jak flanders. Mega mi smakuje, tylko przeslodzone

Bottled 330ml. -courtesy of Marko, shared with him and hrabren. Red/rose coloured, minimal off-white head that went away fast, cherries and vinager in the nose. Sour cherries, vinager, light fruits and quite tart finish. Such a good aroma and also decent taste. 4.6%ABV

From wooden barrel. Brown color with small tan head. Wood, oxidation, raisins, honey. Taste, sweet, honey, raisins, maybe honey. Excellent.

Red color with small pinkish head. Aroma of cherries, lot of cherries. Taste, nice sourness with cherries, light medicinal notes, alcohol is evident. Nice one.

2016 bottle thanks alberto mogano castagna riflessi rubino velata quasi piatta leggere ossidazioni maltata passito attaco abbastanza dolce finale un po acidulo lievemenre acetico
