Medium white shiny coarseish head. Yellow body with carbonation. No real aroma. Dryish sweet corn and grain taste with fruity cardboard notes. Aftertaste is much the same, and quite long. Not bad, but not good, either. (0.5l can, Spar, Dublin.)

Bottle from Sainsburys. Golden colour with a slight white head and moderate carbonation. Sweet malt aroma with a touch of hay. Flavour was also sweet with a decent dry finish. Not bad for a lager.

Quite a strong flavour to this one. A fairly sweet taste at first but quite a bit of bitterness follows. Flavour wise it is similar to Bavaria although rather more gassy (like Dommelsch). Fresh and clean tasting.

Bottled (BB 01/2007)
A bit old bottle from Beermania, vintage around 2002-2004? Nut brown color, small white head. Sticky nose with alcohol, berries, wood and hints of caramel. Some fudge, alcohol and plums in the flavor - someway empty palate, propably age is one reason for it. Light alcoholic aftertaste, also some sweetness. Nothing special.

Medium carbonation. Stale aroma. Flavour is rather bland and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste with a sweet kick on the end.
