Yeasty, hazy, dullish, light acidity and a hint of piña in there. But it's not much better than being a plausible product.

Dark brown, nitro head. Chocolate aroma, lightish, a bit chocolatey. Off-dry.

Dullish hazy. Orangey, weed, a bit of alcohol, decent but the alcohol does muddle up the malts. Not much bitterness. Seems underhopped.

Gold, slight haze. . Slight cheesiness, on the nose, also noble hop and a hint of graininess. Husky, lowish bitterness. Grainy, doesn’t come across well-composed.

Bright gold. Nice lacing. Nose like inhaling deeply in the hop fridge. Earthy, some terpenes, orange. Biscuity malts. Good body. Medium bitterness. Solid.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice Riesling grape must character, wild yeast, some rustic notes, and light champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is clean-ish, with gentle Riesling grape skins, wild yeast, and a light oakiness to it. Not super complex, but it’s clean and well-made. Solid enough.

On tap at SYC, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is full of pineapple, some floral dry-hopping, and lacto. Flavour is fruity, with plenty of pineapple character despite the lack of pineapple in this, along with lacto, and a touch of dry-hopping. Simple but clean and pleasant. Okay.

On tap at SYC, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has juicy stone fruits, a touch of candied fruit, and light citrus hops. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of candied stone fruit dominating, a pretty low hop presence, and some melon. Juicy, fruity, almost more like a fruit beer than a hop-forward beer. Not bad.

On tap at SYC, pours a clear, bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty expressive, with big orange rinds, resinous hops, a touch of pine, and just enough sweet caramel malt to back. Flavour is clean and vibrant, with big resinous hops, some pine, a little orange rind, and a nice clean caramel malt backbone. Assertively hopped and well-constructed overall. Excellent.

On nitro at SYC, pours a red-tinged dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma reminds me more of an oyster or dry stout, with dry toasted malt and some earthiness. Flavour is sweeter than expected, with cocoa, sugars, and earthy roast. Smooth and drinkable but nothing special.
