Poured from the tap. Cloudy orangey yellow with minimal white head. Easy drinking wheat, very mild pineapple sweetness. Okay for a summer patio sipper.

Draught at Steel & Oak, New Westminster
Hazy blond colour. Bready and stale, the mild sourness tastes more like accidentally soured beverage than clean lactic acid; mild salt. Modest.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out some strange spices, earthy, herbal and citrus character, with buried hops and lots of artificial nonsense. Flavour is a revolting mess of spices, herbal notes, earthy soil, and citrus hops. How could anyone think this is a decent beer? Just an awful idea, and executed just as awfully. Garbage.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lemon dish cleaner, with gentle lacto buried. Flavour is very unpleasant, with lots of lemon cleaner product. This is really terrible. Cannot drink this.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a hazy dull copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yogurty lacto that dominates. Flavour follows, with tons of lacto. Gentle tartness permeates, but the whole thing doesn't leave much positive impression. Lame beer.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yeast soup, some dankness, and soap. Flavour is quite soapy, with moderate dank hops, a floral soapiness, and biscuity malt. A bit too soapy but it works okay.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings light caramel, bready malt and subtle English hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt and toasted caramel. Not much hop content, finishing very caramely. Not bad but it's a pretty flimsy beer.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lacto, some coriander, cinnamon, but not a whole lot of depth. Flavour confirms this, with gentle lacto and wild yeast. Not much to this. Flimsy and lifeless, though inoffensive. Epitome of a meh beer.

Slight haze and light gold-amber colour. No head. Aroma of hing... probably only the third time ever I’ve asafoetida in a beer. Tart, hing, light lemony note.

Opaque pale yellow. Like fruity notes. Peaches and cream sort of thing. Light bitterness, mellow yeast, peach, papaya and a little pear/lychee as well.
